Joint Use Agreement

Due to the decrease in financial resources and the increase in costs and land development, partnerships between the municipality and the school for the sharing of public schools have become increasingly obsedied. While sharing is not a new approach, its resurgence is an effective and effective way to deliver leisure services at a time when researchers, practitioners and policymakers are looking for ways to address the challenges of an increasingly inactive population. While there are examples of successful partnerships with sharing, many companies are reluctant to participate for fear of vandalism, liability, excessive use of facilities, costs, and a lack of knowledge on how to develop sharing agreements.
