(i) If an acquisition for supplies for use in the United States cannot be reserved for small business owners and trade agreements apply (see subsection 25.4), replace the clause in FAR 52.225-3, Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act, used with alternative version I or alternative II, as applicable, instead of THE CLAUSE OF FAR 52.225-1, Buy American-Supplies. (i) Do not purchase any hardware, software or services developed or provided by Kaspersky Lab that the government will use as of October 1, 2018. (See 4.2002). (d) requests for information. Where a supplier requests information on an award based solely on factors other than price, a brief explanation of the basis for the award decision must be provided (see 15.503 (b)(2)). (1) classified by the Customer as necessary to ensure the Contractor`s compliance with the Order as amended; or (3) provide for an inspection in accordance with Part 46. In general, inspection and acceptance must be carried out at the place of destination. Source verification should only be specified when required by Part 46. If the inspection and receipt is carried out at the place of destination, the consignee(s) shall receive preliminary copies of the order or an equivalent communication for the purpose of receiving the materials. Notifications of receipt must be made immediately after receipt and acceptance of deliveries; (2) It is necessary to provide commercial sources of supply for one or more offices or projects in a given territory which do not have or require a different purchasing power. Authorized persons do not have to obtain individual offers for each purchase. Permanent quotes may be used if the 31 U.S.S.C.3332 quote(s) requires an electronic wire transfer (EFT) for payments, unless provided in section 32.1110. See subsection 32.11 for instructions on how to use the relevant clause in purchase orders.
When obtaining verbal offers, the subcontractor informs the offeror of the EFT clause that will be included in each resulting order. (b) Customer shall insert the clause under 52.213-2, Invoices, in orders that qualify for advance payments (see 31 U.S.C.3324(d)(2)) for subscriptions or other charges for newspapers, magazines, magazines or other publications (i.e. any printed, microfilmed, photocopied or magnetically recorded publication or otherwise for auditory or visual use). . . .
